Bending solutions for solid precast elements
For the production of solid precast elements, mesh welding systems can be equipped with an automatic single bending system.
After bending, the flat top mesh is placed onto the bent reinforcement element to complete the reinforcement cage.

Bending solutions for special reinforcement
The beam bending machine is based on a classic solution with two separate machines, offering high flexibility. Capacity and performance can be individually adjusted. Thanks to automatic gripper adjustment, different geometries can be processed. Suitable for box culverts, ducts, U-channels, and elevator shafts.
Bending solutions for L-walls
The double bending machine is designed for standardized products such as cable ducts, L-walls, or box culverts. The integrated system ensures efficient and flexible processing.
Bending solutions for lattice girder floors
For the production of lattice girder floors in the carousel, the mesh welding plant can be equipped with an automatic bending device for frontside offsetting of the wire.
In the same production process it is possible to proceed with further bending on the other side of the mesh.

Bending solutions for higher security
The production of special cages with loop bends increases safety on the construction site.
The specially developed bending system for individual bars and a logistics robot for stacking the cages manage the production process fully automatically.
