Commissioning of the mesh welding machine went almost without a hitch, meaning that Leth Beton was able to start producing flat mesh after just a few days. The step-by-step integration of the bending system then followed. Adapting the design software to the specific requirements of the robot was a particular challenge, but one that could be overcome together. The implementation of the software, also from Progress Group, makes work even more efficient. The MES system monitors all production processes and machines to achieve a very high level of accuracy and efficiency in reinforcing steel processing.
